If you are a first time user please register as either a property owner or for property search.
Registered users may login to view properties or add new properties.

By registering as a property owner, you will have the opportunity to upload information about parcels or buildings you have available for sale or lease. There is no limit to the number of properties that can be listed, but we do ask that the property have the potential for Union Pacific rail service. Each listing will be active for six months, with the option for renewal. You will have the ability to review, change or delete property information at any time.

By registering for property search you will be able to view each of the property that have been listed. Search tools are provided which allow you to find parcels or buildings by state, county, zoning, size or last edit date.
